Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is expanding our team of Loan Officers to support a growing pipeline of inbound inquiries from various digital marketing channels.

We're seeking motivated, licensed mortgage professionals who thrive in a sales-focused environment and are excited to help clients through the home financing process.

💼 Compensation Structure:

  • Up to 125 BPS (basis points)

  • 40% Commission Split (W-2)

📋 Position Summary:

The Mortgage Loan Officer plays a key role in supporting customers through the home loan process — from initial contact to application and closing. You will educate clients on available loan programs and requirements while maintaining compliance with federal and state lending regulations.

📚 Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS license required

  • Prior experience in mortgage origination, preferably in a consumer direct or call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of lending products and industry guidelines

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
